About the Role
Join MECCA Brands as an eCommerce Campaign and Personalisation Manager to craft engaging digital customer journeys that embody the MECCA Magic. This role involves close collaboration with multiple teams to deliver impactful online experiences that align with both customer and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with eCommerce, Digital Customer Engagement, Digital Marketing, Brand Marketing, and Design teams to develop customer journeys for campaigns including category growth, brand launches, new products, seasonal promotions, M-Power, MECCA Archive, and events.
- Lead presentations of campaign plans, acting as the primary ecommerce liaison to maximize commercial potential and prioritize customer experience in all decision-making.
- Utilize customer and engagement data to plan, implement, and optimize campaigns dynamically, responding to real-time insights for enhanced engagement.
- Coordinate cross-team efforts to ensure seamless and intuitive end-to-end campaign journeys that drive deep customer engagement online or in-store.
- Ensure all scheduled content is accurate and relevant through thorough front-end testing across various devices and browsers.
- Leverage personalisation techniques to boost engagement during peak traffic periods.
- Contribute to evolving MECCA's wider personalisation strategy, aiming for more integrated experiences across multiple channels and touchpoints.
Candidate Profile
- Extensive experience managing digital platforms and a strong foundation in digital content management with enthusiasm for eCommerce, digital marketing, content, and customer personalisation.
- Proficiency in building campaign content and key product landing pages within CMS systems, preferably Sitecore.
- Skilled in using analytics tools, ideally Google Analytics 4, to measure performance, extract actionable insights, and influence creative strategies.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities with excellent analytical skills.
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, capable of collaboration across diverse teams.
- Meticulous attention to detail coupled with a proactive approach to identifying improvement opportunities and delivering innovative solutions.
- Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with shifting priorities.
- Ability to blend data insights with creativity to significantly impact online customer experiences.
