E-Commerce & Online Operations Executive

About the Role

Javta is seeking a skilled E-Commerce & Online Operations Executive to oversee the daily online order transactions and related activities. The position is based in Sanganer, Jaipur, and requires working from the office full time.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently handle and process online orders placed via Shopify.
• Contact customers to confirm COD (Cash on Delivery) orders via phone calls and WhatsApp messages.
• Organize order packaging and manage dispatch schedules.
• Arrange courier bookings, monitor shipments, and ensure timely delivery through follow-ups.
• Respond to customer inquiries on WhatsApp and phone calls promptly and professionally.
• Manage requests related to exchanges, returns, and refunds effectively.
• Keep inventory data updated and maintain stock accuracy consistently.
• Track daily orders and sales through detailed reports maintained in Microsoft Excel.
• Liaise with courier partners to resolve issues like delayed shipments, returns to origin (RTOs), and delivery problems.
• Initiate and track courier claims when necessary to ensure satisfactory resolution.
• Collaborate internally with company teams to ensure smooth processing of orders.
• Guarantee all orders are processed correctly and dispatched within scheduled timelines.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of practical experience in e-commerce or online operations management.
• Familiarity and hands-on experience with Shopify platform preferred.
• Competence in Microsoft Excel for maintaining sales and order records.
• Proven background in order processing, coordinating with courier services, and customer support roles.
• Good communication abilities in Hindi and basic proficiency in English.
• Highly responsible, well-organized individual comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Salary Range: ₹20,000 to ₹28,000 per month
