E-Commerce Manager

About the Role

We are searching for a passionate and meticulous Operations Executive to manage the integration and day-to-day activities of our ladies' wear and fabric retail outlets along with our e-commerce platforms. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in combining fashion industry operations with technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the processing and management of online orders efficiently.
• Pick, pack, and dispatch products to customers timely and accurately.
• Maintain precise inventory records and manage stock levels.
• Liaise with courier service providers for smooth shipment deliveries.
• Coordinate closely with retail store personnel and warehouse teams.
• Ensure all orders are fulfilled without errors and within expected timeframes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficient in using computers and navigating online software tools.
• Effective communication abilities in Hindi and basic English.
• Demonstrates honesty, responsibility, and a willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, Shiprocket, and other courier service portals is preferred.
• Prior experience in retail or e-commerce operational roles is advantageous.
