Job Summary
We seek motivated and results-driven Sales Executives to promote and sell diverse loan products. Candidates should possess strong communication capabilities, a customer-centric approach, and a robust enthusiasm for meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate potential leads via telecalling, referrals, fieldwork, and various sales channels.
- Engage with prospective clients to identify their financial needs.
- Market loan offerings including Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and Credit Cards.
- Clarify product specifics such as eligibility, interest rates, and required documentation.
- Support clients throughout the loan application journey.
- Conduct follow-ups until loan approval and disbursement.
- Maintain precise client records and regularly update CRM or related software systems.
- Develop and sustain strong client relationships.
- Meet or exceed set monthly sales and revenue objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and banking partners to expedite loan processing.
- Adhere to company protocols and banking regulations.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification includes any graduate degree; however, 12th pass candidates with relevant experience are also considered.
Experience desired ranges from 0 to 3 years in BFSI, Loan Sales, Banking, Telecalling, or direct sales roles. Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
