Drive Thru Team Member

About the Role

Mitre 10 Cromwell is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Drive Thru Team Members. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service, providing expert advice, and supplying the best products for both Trade and DIY customers. In this role, you will be operating within the yard and drive-through to assist customers, pick, and load orders destined for collection or delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Support customers efficiently in the yard and drive-through areas
• Accurately pick and load customer orders for delivery or pick-up
• Foster a safe and organized working environment

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a current clean full driver’s license
• An "F" endorsed forklift license is advantageous but not mandatory
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Strong communication abilities, good numerical skills, and keen attention to detail
• Previous experience in timber and building supplies is preferred but not essential
• Physically fit to undertake manual handling and heavy lifting tasks, demonstrating solid health and safety awareness
• Energetic with a customer-focused mindset and a willingness to learn

Additional Information

• Permanent full-time position, working 39.5 hours per week from Tuesday to Saturday
