Opportunity Overview

Join a dynamic and fast-moving team at the Hazelmere Distribution Centre, where you'll be instrumental in ensuring beverage products are accurately picked, packed, and dispatched to customers efficiently and safely. This full-time permanent role operates on a morning shift schedule from 5:00am to 1:00pm, allowing you to enjoy your afternoons with a rotating weekend work roster.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders with accuracy.
• Safely operate warehouse machinery and technology, including forklifts if licensed.
• Participate in inventory management and stock control activities.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving pallets throughout the distribution centre.
• Maintain a tidy and safe working environment.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet both operational and customer service objectives.
• Promote and uphold safety standards and adhere strictly to Chain of Responsibility (CoR) compliance.

Candidate Profile

• Possession of a current forklift licence or willingness to obtain one.
• Enjoy working in an active, hands-on role within a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to task accuracy and completion.
• Experience or a keen interest in warehousing, logistics, or FMCG sectors.
• Dependable, adaptable, and capable of working both independently and within a team.
• Strong dedication to safety practices and understanding of CoR requirements.
• Effective communicator with a positive, proactive attitude.
