Role Overview
As a Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of customer orders. Your responsibilities include coordinating driver schedules, overseeing warehouse operations, and maintaining smooth processes to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the picking and preparation of customer orders to meet delivery deadlines.
- Plan and assign driver routes to maximize efficiency and resource utilization.
- Supervise warehouse functions to ensure compliance with procedures and standards.
- Receive and inspect supplier deliveries, reporting any shortages or damages to management.
- Support ongoing stock-taking efforts, ensuring inventory is correctly organized.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and clean warehouse environment.
