About the Role
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team at Motion Asia Pacific in Truganina, Victoria, as a full-time Dispatch Team Member. This role offers the opportunity to develop your skills within a supportive environment focused on career growth, including exclusive benefit access and weekends off (Monday to Friday).
Key Responsibilities
- Confirm and process order slips; pick and pack products efficiently.
- Perform regular stock replenishment to maintain inventory levels.
- Utilize RF scanners for inventory and order management.
- Load and unload delivery trucks with careful handling of goods.
- Carry out general warehouse tasks as required to support operations.
- Manage receiving and dispatching of stock accurately.
- Operate forklifts (with appropriate licenses) for loading, unloading, and order picking.
- Engage in manual handling tasks as necessary.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Hold a valid Forklift License (LF) and Light Rigid (LO) or High Risk Forklift license.
- Minimum of 12 months warehouse experience.
- Possess a valid driver's licence.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Be physically fit to perform warehouse duties.
- Exhibit reliability and effective time management skills.
- Work well collaboratively as part of a team.
- Adhere strictly to workplace health and safety standards.
