Dispatch Executive

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Dispatch Executive to become part of our team. This position suits fresh graduates who possess good communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal departments and transportation partners. The incumbent will support the management of dispatch functions to ensure the punctual delivery of goods.

Primary Responsibilities

• Organize and supervise daily dispatch operations following scheduled delivery timelines.
• Generate and manage documents related to dispatch such as invoices, delivery challans, and e-way bills.
• Liaise with warehouse, production, and sales departments to guarantee the timely dispatching of orders.
• Maintain communication with transport service providers and customers to provide updates on shipment schedules and delivery status.
• Monitor shipments and keep accurate records of dispatch activities.
• Ensure all dispatch paperwork is complete and free from errors.
• Update dispatch information utilizing Excel or ERP systems.
• Assist the team in addressing queries and resolving issues related to dispatch.
• Adhere to company policies and established standard operating procedures.

Compensation

The monthly salary offered for this role ranges between 20,000 to 24,000 INR.
