Role Overview

Dishwashers play a vital role in delivering excellent guest experiences by maintaining cleanliness and safety standards throughout the restaurant. You will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing dishes, glassware, utensils, and frequently touched areas to uphold health and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain an organized, clean, and tidy dishwashing area
• Prepare and operate dishwashing equipment efficiently
• Ensure dishes are cleaned promptly and properly stored
• Set up soaking pans and sinks for manual washing as needed
• Carry out cleaning tasks assigned by management
• Empty and clean garbage containers regularly
• Comply with all health and safety protocols
• Collaborate and support team members whenever necessary
