- Lead diligence efforts across financial, tax, technical, legal, and commercial areas.
- Engage and direct external advisors to secure rigorous, commercially focused output.
- Develop firm-wide perspectives on sector trends, regulatory frameworks, and macroeconomic factors, integrating them into investment theses.
- Drive portfolio asset performance through active value creation and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with portfolio company boards and CEOs to influence strategy, operations, and growth plans.
- Guide major asset decisions, such as recapitalizations, acquisitions, operational improvements, divestments, and exit strategies, including timing and structuring.
- Mentor and develop the team, fostering career progression and building senior capabilities.
- Cultivate a collaborative, high-achieving culture within the infrastructure team.
- Support fundraising efforts by shaping marketing narratives, strengthening LP relationships, and engaging prospective and current LPs.
- Represent the firm externally at conferences and investor forums, enhancing reputation and networks.
Qualifications and Experience

- Advanced academic credentials such as an MBA or MSc, or certifications like CFA or CAIA, are advantageous.
- Minimum twelve years of expertise in infrastructure investments, demonstrating ability to originate, lead, and close transactions.
- Proficient in structuring, negotiation, and managing complex infrastructure deals.
- Well-established professional network with industry leaders, advisors, and investors, showing capacity to originate deals.
- Prior experience in fundraising and limited partner (LP) engagement is beneficial.
- Deep sector expertise in infrastructure subsegments, with a thorough understanding of regulatory and macroeconomic influences.

- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities to influence stakeholders and deliver presentations to senior executives.
