Role Overview
We are seeking a full-time Digital Marketing Designer based in Sydney to join the Product & Audience team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our marketing presence by creating and refining digital visual assets that meet Drive’s brand standards and marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce compelling digital campaign assets such as web graphics, social media visuals, emails, and advertisements aligning with brand and marketing objectives.
- Manage and scale Drive’s creative asset library and production processes to support rapid yet consistent marketing efforts.
- Incorporate AI and innovative creative tools (Smartly, Figma, Claude, Gemini) to streamline production, increase output and enable effective creative testing.
- Collaborate with the Performance Marketing team to analyse asset performance and iteratively improve creatives based on data insights.
- Develop skills in motion and animation design, adapting static creatives for video platforms using tools including Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
Software Expertise
- Advanced proficiency in Figma for design implementation.
- Strong command over Adobe Creative Suite applications such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Experience with collaboration platforms like Confluence, MIRO, JIRA, and Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with AI-driven creative software including Smartly, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, and Runway, plus AI integration tools like Claude or Gemini for ideation and content generation.
