Role overview

A fast-growing ETF provider and international investment management firm is hiring a Digital Marketing Associate for its Sydney CBD office. This is a permanent, full-time position based in the office, offering salary of $65,000 to $85,000 plus superannuation.

The opportunity is suited to someone who is enthusiastic about marketing and wants to build a lasting career in the field. The role provides exposure to a wide mix of work, including digital channels, content, campaigns, events, and product launches. You will be part of a small, collaborative marketing team of five and support a variety of business-wide initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Help execute email campaigns, website content changes, and other digital marketing activities.
• Assist with managing social platforms, producing content, and coordinating campaigns.
• Support webinars, in-person events, sponsorship activations, and launch activity for new products.
• Help organise and deliver marketing communications across several channels.
• Create presentations, pitch materials, and other marketing assets for the Sales team.
• Contribute to SEO and SEM work, along with wider digital marketing tasks.
• Keep marketing tools and systems updated and assist in ensuring campaigns go out accurately and on schedule.
• Bring ideas to the table and approach marketing projects with initiative and creativity.

What the employer is seeking

• Between 1 and 3+ years of experience in a marketing position.

• A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a similar field.
• Interest in financial services, investment products, or ETFs will be considered an advantage.
