Digital Engineer

About the Role

Réalta Technologies is seeking a Digital Engineer to take a leadership position in advancing digital initiatives for a pharmaceutical client in Cork. This role is critical within the Facilities function, taking full ownership of digital systems and solutions. You will independently manage all phases of the digital landscape, from envisioning and identifying improvements, through designing and implementing solutions, to driving the successful deployment and user adoption of new tools and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead digital transformation efforts within the Facilities department using data-driven approaches, analytics, and process automation.
• Identify and evaluate new opportunities for digitalization and process enhancements.
• Design and architect digital solutions tailored to Facilities operations.
• Oversee the development, implementation, and integration of digital tools.
• Manage deployment and ensure ongoing technical support for digital systems.
• Drive user adoption, training, and engagement with innovative technologies.
• Continuously assess and improve processes for maximum efficiency.
