Role Overview

Joining the Marketing team, you will contribute critically to the evolution and refinement of our visual brand presence. Collaborating closely with the Brand & Marketing Designer, your work will generate compelling creative assets that boost our identity, aid product launches, and engage audiences within the Web3 and trading communities.

Key Responsibilities

Produce top-notch digital creative assets for various channels, including website, blog, social media, paid ads, emails, presentations, event collateral, and broader marketing efforts.
Design visual materials supporting product introductions, ecosystem updates, branding campaigns, and community interaction.
Work hand-in-hand with the Brand & Marketing Designer to ensure all visuals align with brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive corporate identity.
Craft innovative concepts for branding projects, conferences, merchandise, and digital user experiences.
Coordinate with marketing leadership to prioritize priorities, meet deadlines, and fulfill campaign objectives.
Stay informed on design trends, emerging creative tools, and industry standards to infuse new ideas into the creative process.
Act as a brand steward ensuring consistently high-quality visual standards across all creative outputs within the company.

Candidate Profile

Between three and five years of professional experience at a branding or creative agency, or within an internal design team.
Possess a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or closely related disciplines.
Maintain a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital marketing, branding, and visual design across multiple platforms.
Highly skilled with Adobe Creative Suite—especially Photoshop and Illustrator—as well as Figma.
Basic motion graphics or animation experience with After Effects is advantageous.
Experienced designing for digital platforms such as websites, social media channels, email campaigns, and paid advertisements.
Well-versed in brand systems and visual identity crafting.
Capable of developing creative ideas through from concept to execution.
Detail-oriented with profound knowledge of typography, layout, color use, and visual storytelling.
Efficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
Familiarity with or strong interest in blockchain, cryptocurrency, and Web3 technologies.
Fluent English communication skills are mandatory.
Able to collaborate across teams and time zones effectively; preference for candidates located in ET or CET/EET time zones.
