About the Role
Nivika Growthworks Private Limited is seeking a talented Design Associate to contribute to various design and branding initiatives. This position involves crafting detailed technical drawings, developing 2D and 3D models, and creating simple marketing creatives. Both full-time and part-time candidates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce technical drawings for furniture, LED signage boards, display fixtures, and bespoke products.
- Create and revise 2D and 3D CAD models to support project requirements.
- Design basic electronic invitations, welcome signage, and branding collateral.
- Update CAD drawings according to evolving project specifications.
- Collaborate effectively with teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality design work.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong expertise in AutoCAD and 2D/3D modeling software.
- Experience using SketchUp, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or related CAD tools.
- Familiarity with basic graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva.
- Creative mindset paired with meticulous attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
