What You’ll Do

• Deliver a strong customer experience by greeting and assisting people in person, by phone, and by email.
• Support store presentation and day-to-day retail upkeep, including merchandising and maintenance.
• Transport products to customers’ homes and provide reliable service throughout the delivery and moving process.
• Handle basic truck care and keep the vehicle and store area in good working order.
• Resolve customer questions or concerns and work to ensure satisfaction.
• Complete delivery-related paperwork with customers on site.

What We’re Looking For

• A valid full driver’s licence with a driver abstract in good standing.
• Ability to lift more than 50 pounds and move large household items.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-first, results-driven approach.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing setting.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently.
• Ability to pass required background screening, including criminal, employment, and driving history checks.

Compensation and Benefits

The role pays CAD 19.00 to 20.00 per hour and includes the opportunity to earn monthly bonuses.
