Delivery Lead / Scrum Master

Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Delivery Lead / Scrum Master to oversee the complete delivery lifecycle of intricate projects using Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall methodologies. This role requires facilitating Agile practices and managing diverse stakeholders, risks, dependencies, budgets, and delivery results across teams spread geographically.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) planning.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery processes across several workstreams simultaneously.
• Monitor and control project scope, key milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and budget allocations.
• Enable clear communication with stakeholders and address obstacles hindering delivery progress.
• Lead backlog refinement, guide sprint execution, and promote continuous service improvement.
• Develop and update delivery dashboards along with capacity and demand planning reports.
• Ensure compliance with Safety, Quality standards, and delivery governance policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and fellow Delivery Leads to enhance delivery efficiency.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in roles such as Agile delivery, Scrum Master, or Delivery Lead.
• Proven track record managing complex projects involving both onshore and offshore teams.
• Practical expertise in Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall project delivery frameworks.
• Skilled in using JIRA, Confluence, and tools for Agile reporting and dashboard maintenance.
• Solid knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean principles, Design Thinking, and Human-Centered Design methodologies.
• Experienced in project budgeting, financial forecasting, financial tracking, and resource planning.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and effective problem-resolution capabilities.
• Ability to excel in fast-moving and uncertain environments.
