Responsibilities include leading efforts to improve processes, advancing automation, managing Quality Management Systems (QMS), enhancing client engagement, overseeing risk management, and fostering continuous operational improvement to achieve excellence.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant holds an M.Com, MBA in Finance, CA, ICWA, or Engineering degree and brings over 10 years of experience in finance and accounting transformation. Essential qualifications comprise Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification, expertise in BPO quality, skills in process enhancement, proficient stakeholder management, and automation capabilities.
