What you'll do

• Take customer orders in the store and over the phone, then process them accurately.
• Prepare menu items and keep ingredients stocked in storage, production, and cooler areas.
• Keep equipment and the work area clean on a daily basis.
• Hand out marketing materials as needed.
• Speak with customers and coworkers in a clear, friendly, and positive manner.

What you need

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• A valid driver's license is required, along with a clean driving record that meets company expectations.
• You need access to a vehicle insured for delivery use.
• You should be able to read maps, find addresses, and work within the assigned delivery area.
• Comfort with difficult terrain, stair-heavy buildings, and poor weather conditions is important.
• You should bring a helpful attitude, follow Domino's image and uniform standards, and work well both independently and as part of a team.
• The role calls for attention to quality even when the pace is busy.

Core skills and functions

This job requires quick and accurate basic math, the ability to make correct change, order entry on a keyboard or touch screen, strong hand-eye coordination, and the ability to follow instructions and complete work within set time limits.

Physical demands

The position involves extended standing, brisk walking or running when safe, occasional lifting up to 30 pounds, rare lifting up to 50 pounds, occasional ladder use for cleaning or maintenance, frequent bending and reaching, and carrying deliveries that may vary in size and weight. In some cases, deliveries may involve climbing five or more flights of stairs.
