Job Overview
Join Domino's as a Delivery Driver and become part of a leading pizza delivery team known for outstanding service and teamwork. This role offers flexible shifts, competitive hourly wages supplemented by tips and mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for both part-time and full-time schedules. Drivers can either use their personal vehicles or operate company cars (eligibility applies).
Responsibilities
- Deliver pizza orders safely and efficiently using either personal or company vehicles.
- Maintain punctuality and provide courteous customer service during deliveries.
- Navigate the delivery area using maps and GPS technology to find locations accurately.
- Handle physical demands such as walking, climbing stairs, carrying orders, and operating ovens and food preparation equipment.
- Adhere to company safety standards and traffic regulations while driving.
Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and at least two years of driving experience.
- Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle report review.
- Reliable vehicle insured under your name, or eligibility to use a company car.
- Good navigational skills and ability to read maps.
- Physical ability to carry pizzas, climb stairs, and work under varying environmental conditions.
- Capacity to follow instructions, perform repetitive tasks, work independently or as part of a team, and maintain high-quality customer service standards.
Work Conditions
- Exposure to changing weather conditions while on deliveries.
- Working in varied temperature environments inside the store, from cold coolers to hot ovens.
- Interaction with food odors and use of equipment with moving parts.
- Perform physical tasks including walking, stooping, bending, reaching, and handling small tools.
