Compensation and Scheduling

Drivers typically earn over $20 per hour, including base pay, tips, and mileage reimbursement. Mileage expenses and tips are reimbursed daily, while hourly wages are paid biweekly every other Friday.

Vehicle and Driving Requirements

• Option to use personal vehicle with adjustable mileage reimbursement covering fuel and other auto costs.
• Alternatively, drivers may use company vehicles if at least 21 years old, with a clean driving record and minimum two years of driving experience.
• A safe driving history and valid driver's license are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pizzas and related items safely and efficiently using advanced navigation technology.
• Manage multiple deliveries per shift with timely arrival at customer locations.
• Navigate various terrains, including multi-story buildings and stairs when delivering.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Successful background check clearance.
• Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and reliable vehicle if using personal transport.
• Strong navigational skills able to read maps and locate addresses within delivery zones.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure, following detailed instructions and quality standards.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Exposure to diverse weather conditions and temperature fluctuations ranging from cold coolers to hot kitchen areas
• Handling food odors, cornmeal dust, and working in compact spaces.
• Physical activities involve walking, carrying pizzas and beverages, climbing stairs, bending, reaching above head height, and hand coordination including shaping dough and handling packaging.
• Ability to endure repetitive tasks requiring moderate physical effort and fine motor skills.
