Compensation and Benefits

Responsibilities

• Operate a 3.5 tonne van delivering plumbing and heating supplies, primarily in the London area.
• Manage daily delivery volumes typically ranging from 8 to 12 stops, predominantly to construction sites.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections.
• Load and unload delivery items which may include heavy equipment such as boilers, radiators, toilets, and sinks, involving manual handling.
• Support warehouse operations when deliveries finish early, including unloading stock, order picking and packing, inventory checks, and general maintenance of the warehouse area.

Working Hours

This permanent position requires 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with no weekend shifts.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a full, clean UK manual driving licence.
• Experience with multidrop delivery is desirable.
• Strong communication skills.
• Team-oriented mindset, ready to assist with warehouse duties to ensure operational efficiency.
• Positive attitude with eagerness to learn and a robust work ethic.
