Delivery Driver

Role Overview

We are seeking dependable Delivery Drivers to promptly deliver products to customers, ensuring professional representation of our brand, enhancing customer satisfaction and company profitability.

Key Duties

• Transport customer orders safely from store to doorstep
• Display excellent customer service when greeting and handing off orders
• Load and unload delivery vehicle, inspect and operate it responsibly
• Collect payments efficiently from customers
• Promote new products and services to customers during delivery
• Support in-store tasks such as washing dishes, folding boxes, food prep, sweeping, and mopping during downtime
• Answer phones, take orders, manage cash transactions, label orders correctly, and assist customers in drive-thru and walk-in scenarios

Candidate Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license held for minimum 2 years
• Maintain a clean and safe driving record
• Provide necessary vehicle documentation including registration and insurance with delivery coverage
• Basic math skills to handle payments and change
• Competent in navigation and route planning
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and management
