Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, clean, and preprocess varied datasets to maintain data integrity and readiness for detailed analysis.
• Create, test, and deploy statistical models to derive practical insights from complex information.
• Perform exploratory data analyses to uncover patterns, trends, and business opportunities.
• Deliver findings and insights using effective data visualizations and reports aimed at both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Work collaboratively with team members to plan and implement comprehensive data projects from conception through execution.
• Continuously refine analytical techniques and automate workflows to improve data processes.
• Communicate insights clearly and precisely in written and oral formats to maximize understanding and impact.

Required Qualifications

• Solid foundation in statistics, mathematics, and data analysis methods.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and refining large, complex datasets.
• Proficiency with programming languages for data handling and modeling, including Python or R.
• Strong abilities in data modeling, especially in the creation and validation of predictive models.
• Advanced skills in data visualization using platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high data quality standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, emphasizing clarity and accuracy.

Preferred Experience

• Previous work in remote, cross-disciplinary, or customer-oriented teams.
• Experience in developing, implementing, and managing machine learning applications in production environments.
