Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Data Scientist passionate about applying data and machine learning to solve tangible business challenges. This role involves managing the entire ML lifecycle—from data exploration and experimentation to deploying models into production. Collaboration with team members and clients to deliver impactful machine learning solutions is key.

Key Responsibilities

Create and refine machine learning and AI models encompassing predictive analytics, classification, recommendation systems, and large language models.
Choose and tune algorithms including regression, tree-based methods, and neural networks.
Carry out data preprocessing, feature engineering, and robust model validation.
Work alongside clients and internal groups to convert analytical outputs into practical, actionable insights.

Required Qualifications

Between 3 and 6 years of experience in fields such as data analysis, statistical modeling, or machine learning.
Proficient programming abilities with Python libraries like NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, matplotlib, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
Hands-on experience with deploying machine learning models either on cloud platforms or on-premises.
Strong foundation in statistics and comprehensive data preparation techniques.
Competent in SQL and version control systems such as Git.
Fluent in English for effective international collaboration and communication.

Additional Preferred Skills

Experience in Computer Vision, working with Large Language Models, or analyzing time series data.
Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker, MLflow, Airflow, and cloud services such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Background in research and development environments.
Experience collaborating in multidisciplinary and international teams.
