Role Overview

The Data Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing the foundational data underpinning our business models. This full-time remote role involves processing and cleaning datasets, auditing spreadsheets for accuracy, verifying figures against source documents, and ensuring database integrity. You'll assist in mapping invoice ledgers to financial models and highlight any discrepancies requiring further review. Although not building final models yet, your work is critical in proving the accuracy that the builders and challengers depend upon.

What You Will Do

• Process and organize raw data to prepare it for analysis.
• Audit spreadsheets to detect and correct errors or inconsistencies.
• Cross-check figures with original source documents.
• Maintain and update internal databases responsibly.
• Support the correlation of invoice ledgers to financial models and identify data anomalies.
• Document data sources and maintain clear, structured records.
• Present structured datasets and explain findings to team members for further modeling.
