Data Entry Specialist

Position Overview

We are looking to hire a Data Integrity Specialist who will work remotely but must be located within the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. This position is a 12-month contract role with potential extensions. The work hours are Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm, and the compensation rate is $22.50 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Precisely input and update survey data into various database systems.
• Develop and update address information across multiple platforms.
• Research and verify information on various websites ensuring high accuracy.
• Ensure all data entries are complete and accurate through verification processes.
• Perform regular audits on data entries to detect and correct any mistakes.
• Work collaboratively with city officials to confirm address information is accurate.
• Uphold the confidentiality and security protocols for sensitive data.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience in data entry with the capability to manage multiple platforms simultaneously.
• Exceptional attention to detail coupled with a strong commitment to accuracy.
• Effective organizational abilities and strong time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or background in the utilities sector.
• Possession of a Bachelor's degree.
