Role Overview
We seek a reliable and detail-focused Data Entry Clerk to support our internal teams and business development efforts. The role requires managing accurate data across various platforms while maintaining consistency and quality. This is a full-time remote position for candidates located within the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, update, and manage client and business information.
- Perform verification and review of data to ensure it is complete and precise.
- Conduct cross-checks among data sources to resolve discrepancies.
- Organize and maintain digital records effectively.
- Generate basic internal reports as needed.
- Adhere to company protocols concerning data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
- Achieve assigned productivity and accuracy targets daily and weekly.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior data entry or administrative experience is beneficial.
- High typing speed maintained with accuracy.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and standard office software.
- Strong attention to detail and effective time management.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
- Preferred: Experience with CRM software or databases.
- Preferred: Knowledge of Google Workspace tools like Docs and Sheets.
- Basic understanding of business or operational data is a plus.
