Job description

Implement operational standards for servers to ensure maximum service continuity, efficiency, and operational compliance.
Enforce cybersecurity policy compliance mechanisms.
Participate in planning and determining server system and supply requirements.
Apply procedures related to server installation, updates, and upgrades.
Engage in monitoring server equipment and hardware.
Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLA) and service quality standards in coordination with other departments.
Collaborate closely with suppliers and service providers to guarantee prompt and efficient handling of technical demands.
Participate in enforcing and monitoring service delivery agreements with external providers.
Oversee continuous monitoring of digital infrastructure capacity and information security systems, ensuring availability of necessary resources.
Support operations of data centers, IT systems, and infrastructures at both the main data center and disaster recovery center.
Perform routine updates of servers, storage units, and periodic vulnerability management.
Implement backup management procedures for servers and employee devices.
Adhere strictly to workplace protocols and cybersecurity policies.
Carry out any additional tasks assigned by direct supervisors.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or any related field.

Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
