About the Role
AWS Infrastructure Services oversees the planning, execution, and management of the global infrastructure that supports the AWS cloud platform. This includes all data centers and the vital components such as servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling systems needed to ensure uninterrupted service for AWS customers. Working here means tackling complex challenges with numerous variables impacting the supply chain.
You will join a diverse team featuring professionals from software and hardware engineering, supply chain management, security, and operations management. The team collaborates across AWS to uphold rigorous safety and security standards while ensuring scalable capacity and cost efficiency. Responsibilities
- Manage daily logistics operations that support data center functionalities.
- Perform warehouse inventory duties such as conducting stock takes and counting.
- Handle receiving goods, processing return merchandise authorizations (RMA), performing cycle counts, and facilitating stock transfers.
- Coordinate shipment scheduling and clearance processes at colocation sites.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing operations.

Requirements
- Ability to perform in logistics functions like shipping, receiving, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
- Willingness and capability to participate in on-call rotations and handle the physical and environmental requirements of the position.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or graduate certificate in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience in managing inventory encompassing receiving, storage, and auditing processes.
- Familiarity with computerized inventory management systems.
Additional Information
This role offers a 12-month trainee program, after which candidates will be assessed for potential full-time employment with AWS.
