Job Overview

As a Data and Insight Analyst at NIQ, you will play a pivotal role in delivering market measurement and insights to leading global beverage companies. Your responsibilities encompass managing core analytical projects, providing excellent client service, and supporting revenue growth by identifying new opportunities. This position is integral to maintaining and enhancing NIQ's analytical offerings.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure the validation and timely delivery of weekly reporting and database outputs without fail.
• Continuously assess NIQ’s product portfolio and client deliverables to maintain relevance and implement improvements as needed.
• Provide first-level support to analysts by troubleshooting technical issues within production processes and coordinating with development teams when necessary.
• Interpret client briefs accurately to meet their requirements effectively.
• Offer expert advice on methodologies, advanced analytics, and additional NIQ services to enhance client solutions.
• Manage client projects by collaborating with commercial stakeholders, ensuring alignment on timelines, progress, and deliverables.
• Adhere to project briefing protocols, including structuring presentations, setting milestones for reviews and feedback, and delivering outputs within expected standards and deadlines.
• Carry out quality assurance on final deliverables to guarantee accuracy, client-readiness, and relevance to the brief.
• Consistently deliver outstanding customer service and fulfill all contractual obligations promptly and correctly.
• Serve as a key contact for standard data inquiries and briefing requests from commercial teams.
• Confidently present research findings and display comprehensive market knowledge.
• Promote and communicate the features, benefits, and methodologies of NIQ’s analytical services, clearly differentiating them from competitor offerings.
• Demonstrate understanding of how NIQ’s various analytical services complement and integrate with each other.
• Regularly share noteworthy trends and insights from trade, media, or NIQ's broader work with clients.
• Stay informed about new methodologies and delivery platforms to optimize data query efficiency and presentation.

Required Skills and Tools

• Proficiency in Excel and Power Query for data processing.
• Experience using Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Competence with Microsoft Synapse (SQL) for database querying.
• Strong skills in PowerPoint for creating client presentations.
