- Convert technical insights into clear, accessible documentation for broader stakeholders.
- Create detailed data dictionaries, mapping artifacts, and gap analyses to document findings.
- Record undocumented business processes revealed during analysis.
- Assist with data validation, reconciliation during development phases, and user acceptance testing, ensuring discrepancies between systems are addressed.
Required Skills & Experience
- Expertise in SQL for analyzing and crafting intricate queries.
- Substantial experience in data migration, warehousing, or integration projects.
- At least five years as a Data Analyst working with extensive datasets.
- Strong capabilities in data profiling, mapping, and reconciliation.
- Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving in ambiguous settings.
- Effective communication skills for interaction with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Experience developing data documentation such as dictionaries, mappings, and gap reports.
- Familiarity with dashboard platforms like Sigma or similar tools.
- Experience using code repositories such as Bitbucket or Git.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Snowflake or other cloud-based data platforms.
- Understanding of ETL/ELT methodologies and tools.
- Experience in financial services or regulated environments.

The position offers a base salary between $55,000 and $95,000, variable based on skills, experience, education, and location. Additionally, eligibility includes participation in a bonus program and comprehensive benefits such as health insurance, wellness initiatives, life and disability coverage, retirement plans, paid leave, education support, holidays, and more, with many benefits fully or partially paid by the company.
