The role requires independence, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
The analyst will lead both ad hoc and planned analytics efforts, uncover opportunities for analysis, and recommend actions backed by data. The role involves using advanced analytical and statistical methods to study trends, business drivers, customer behavior, and outcomes, then converting those findings into clear guidance for leadership.
This position also serves as a bridge between analytics, technology, and business teams. It includes gathering requirements, aligning on goals, contributing in cross-functional discussions, and presenting insights to managers and senior leaders. Preferred candidates will bring hands-on experience with tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization platforms like Tableau. Exposure to statistical methods such as regression, segmentation, and trend analysis is also valuable. Experience mentoring junior analysts, a strong understanding of business operations, and the ability to stay effective under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities will be advantageous.
