Key Responsibilities

• Maintain organized zoning of the department area.
• Carry out stock rotation and inspect products for expiration dates.
• Ensure all merchandise is correctly priced and labeled.
• Comply with cold chain standards, including thermometer calibration, temperature monitoring, food handling, product rotation, and monitoring sell-by and expiry dates.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleaning protocols diligently.
• Process ordering, clearance actions, pricing adjustments, and labelling in accordance with procedures.
• Set up promotional features as needed.
• Keep the working area clean, tidy, well-organized, and free from clutter, debris, spills, or foreign objects.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this position is $17.75.
