Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently manage new claim intake, accurately classify loss details, and organize claim files.
  • Provide empathetic, professional assistance by addressing customer questions, clarifying claim decisions, and resolving issues.

Salary depends on location, with rates approximately as follows: $21.00/hr for CA, NJ, NY, WA, HI, AK, MD, CT, RI, MA; $19.25/hr for NV, OR, AZ, CO, WY, TX, ND, MN, MO, IL, WI, FL, GA, MI, OH, VA, PA, DE, VT, NH, ME; and $17.25/hr for UT, ID, MT, NM, SD, NE, KS, OK, IA, AR, LA, MS, AL, TN, KY, IN, SC, NC, WV. Typical annual salaries range from $32,363 to $56,701, varying on experience, skills, and location.
