Position Overview

This is a contract opportunity for a Customer Support / Success professional working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and analyze domain-specific documents ensuring they meet standards of quality, accuracy, and relevance.
• Provide detailed, structured feedback to enhance document quality and service performance.
• Work collaboratively with teams to improve customer support and success initiatives.
• Apply strong analytical capabilities in meaningful evaluation projects.
• Operate autonomously and asynchronously to fulfill project timelines.

Qualifications

• At least a bachelor's degree.
• A minimum of two years of relevant professional experience.
• Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Excellent abilities in document review and analysis.
• Meticulous with a capacity to adhere to detailed guidelines.

Preferred Experience

• Background in customer support, service delivery, or customer success roles is advantageous.
