Customer Support Executive - Banking Back-Office

Role Overview

We are seeking meticulous Customer Support Executives to join our banking back-office operations team in Malad, Mumbai. The focus is on managing backend banking transactions and inquiries efficiently, ensuring smooth financial dealings while upholding excellent service standards for our banking partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform essential back-office tasks such as data input, KYC verifications, and transaction processing in banking operations.
• Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries concerning banking products and services via email and chat platforms.
• Comply fully with banking regulations, confidentiality requirements, and internal procedures.
• Keep precise records of customer communications and update databases accurately and in real time.
• Achieve daily productivity goals while guaranteeing error-free handling of financial information.

Candidate Profile

• Educational qualification: Graduate degree in any discipline; candidates awaiting results or with pending backlogs will not qualify.
• Work experience: Between zero and two years in BPO or banking-related operations; freshers are welcome to apply.
• Communication proficiency: Fluency in spoken and written English is required.
• Technical aptitude: Basic familiarity with MS Office, particularly Excel, and fast typing skills.
• Shift flexibility: Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment with rotating shifts and weekly offs.
