Role Overview

As a Customer Service Team Member reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting store operations to foster a sales-driven culture and boost profitable sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute store administrative duties following established procedures, including cash handling and transaction processing.
• Maintain stock accuracy and manage multi-channel fulfillment within the store.
• Handle telephone inquiries and manage customer communications efficiently.
• Support marketing efforts and promotional events within the store setting.
• Contribute to the store's financial success through vigilant inventory and expense management.
• Ensure all sales channel fulfillments comply with company procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to provide a consistent, positive shopping experience and effectively resolve customer complaints and questions.
• Enhance The Good Guys' brand by maintaining quality merchandising, attractive in-store marketing, and presentation standards.
• Continuously develop your sales expertise and product knowledge via online platforms and other learning opportunities.
