The Fielders division, with origins in Adelaide, produces and distributes steel building products across Australia. They are seeking a Customer Service Representative/Storeperson to join their Bunbury, Western Australia team. This is a permanent full-time role focused on supporting branch operations to ensure timely and safe delivery of products to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely loading and unloading products from trucks.
- Efficiently picking and packing customer orders for collection.
- Organizing and locating product storage within the warehouse.
- Verifying picked orders, invoices, and branch transfers for accuracy.
- Performing general filing duties for receipts and invoices.
- Entering customer order data accurately into systems.
- Maintaining cleanliness and upkeep of the warehouse area.
- Assisting with stock counts in collaboration with the Warehouse Manager.
- Contributing actively to maintaining a safe work environment.
Candidate Profile
- Holds a current forklift license.
- Prior experience working in stores or warehouse settings.
- Background in customer service roles.
- Positive mindset with eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
- Detail-oriented with competent computer skills.
- Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Focused on continuous improvement and enhancing workplace procedures.
- Committed to personal safety and the wellbeing of colleagues.
