About the Position

Our stores provide an extensive selection of products, where our dedicated experts offer comprehensive service including advice, support, delivery, and installation. Customers depend on us to help them select the ideal products tailored to their requirements.

Work Schedule

• Monday: 10:30am to 5:45pm
• Tuesday: 11:00am to 4:00pm
• Wednesday: 8:30am to 5:45pm
• Thursday: 11:30am to 4:00pm
• Sunday: 8:30am to 3:00pm

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the counter with payment inquiries such as hire purchase agreements and credit applications.
• Handle questions related to service repairs and sales.
• Actively identify and resolve customer concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Perform supporting administrative duties as needed.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate possesses strong interpersonal skills, able to maintain composure under pressure to effectively resolve customer challenges. This role requires frequent phone communication and administrative support, thus a polite telephone manner and excellent verbal and written communication abilities are essential. Quick adaptability to computer systems and a genuine enthusiasm for technology are crucial. Above all, a passion for teamwork and delivering exceptional customer experiences is expected.

Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated background in retail, hospitality, or other customer-focused environments.
• Strong communication capabilities.
• Positive, proactive attitude.
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, climb ladders, and remain on feet for extended durations.
• Genuine interest in assisting others and collaborating within a team.
• Experience operating point of sales systems is advantageous.
• An interest in technology.
