About the Role

A-1 Exterminators is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative who is meticulous and professional. While collection experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from existing and potential customers with courtesy and professionalism
• Place outgoing calls to current and prospective customers maintaining courteous and professional interactions
• Arrange and manage appointment scheduling
• Confirm and reschedule appointments as necessary
• Communicate with customers through various channels including mail, email, fax, and phone
• Accurately input and update customer information in the company’s database
• Coordinate with technicians and sales teams regarding schedule changes, estimated times of arrival, or general updates
• Maintain thorough knowledge of company products and promotions
• Apply sales techniques to assist customers in making purchasing decisions
• Upsell company services to establish beneficial long-term relationships with customers
• Troubleshoot customer issues effectively
• Conclude calls efficiently and professionally
