Role Overview
This full-time, on-site position is for a Customer Support Executive at MedDirect Services located in Mumbai and Hyderabad. The company specializes in healthcare and medical fields, and the role primarily involves handling inbound and outbound domestic voice processes. Key responsibilities include customer support, appointment scheduling through calls, ensuring satisfaction, providing online assistance, customer service, and technical support on a daily basis.
Qualifications & Skills
- Capabilities in customer support, customer satisfaction, and providing online assistance.
- Proficient in customer service and technical support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Effective multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
- Previous experience in similar roles is advantageous.
- High attention to detail and solid organizational skills.
- Minimum education: Intermediate or Bachelor's degree in relevant fields, or equivalent professional experience.
Languages
Fluency in English with at least one regional language such as Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, or Kannada is required.
Work Schedule
The role requires working rotational shifts with corresponding weekly offs as per process needs. Shift timings include:
- 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM or 07:00 AM to 04:00 PM for female employees
- 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM or 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM for male employees
Compensation
Salary ranges between INR 13,000 and 22,000 monthly, commensurate with communication skills and experience. The package is competitive within the industry.

Office is situated at Noble Chambers, Road No-11, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana - 500034.

Immediate joining is preferred. Training will be provided upon onboarding.
