Job Overview

We are seeking motivated and customer-oriented Customer Relationship Executives to join our teams across Behala, Park Street, and Kestopur branches. The role involves managing customer interactions, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and fostering lasting client relations. Candidates should possess strong communication abilities and demonstrate professionalism in customer handling.

Key Duties

• Attend to walk-in clients and deliver exceptional service experiences.
• Provide clear explanations about company offerings, services, and procedures to customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Conduct consistent follow-ups with existing and potential customers.
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism.
• Liaise effectively with branch operations and internal teams.
• Accurately maintain customer data and update CRM systems.
• Assist in business growth and customer retention strategies.
• Facilitate seamless onboarding and documentation of customers.
• Meet defined targets for customer engagement and service quality.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduation in any field is mandatory.
• Prior experience in customer service, sales, banking, NBFC, or retail sectors is beneficial.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Basic knowledge of computers, including proficiency in MS Office.
• A positive demeanor with effective customer handling capabilities.

Work Location

Positions are available at Behala, Kestopur, and Park Street branches in Kolkata, West Bengal.

Compensation

The monthly salary ranges from 15,000 to 23,000 INR.
