About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated Crew Operative to join a specialized team responsible for installing temporary roadway matting at various locations throughout the UK. This full-time role based in Oxford demands a commitment of 45 hours per week from Monday to Friday, with an hourly pay of £14.50. The job requires traveling to different sites, including overnight stays from Monday to Thursday. All accommodation and travel costs are covered by the employer, along with an additional stay-out allowance. There are frequent opportunities for overtime, compensated at higher rates, enhancing total earnings potential. Training is provided, making prior experience helpful but not mandatory. Key Responsibilities

• Setting up and dismantling temporary roadway mats at various UK sites.
• Handling loading and unloading of mats and related tools and materials.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a full UK driving licence is mandatory.
• Must hold a valid CSCS card.
• Willingness to be away from home during Monday to Thursday nights as required by assignments.
• Physically strong and comfortable performing manual labor.
• Reliable, diligent, and capable of teamwork.
• Prior experience on construction sites or related environments is advantageous but not compulsory.
