Role Overview

We seek a Credit Control Executive to enhance our Finance team in Riyadh. This position entails managing credit agreements, evaluating credit applications, overseeing accounts receivable, and facilitating efficient collections throughout the business. The incumbent will ensure credit approvals adhere to authorized delegations, internal procedures, and established service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and verify all requisite documentation supporting credit evaluations, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Compile detailed credit assessment reports and forward them for authorization according to established protocols.
• Administer credit approvals within agreed timelines while complying with authorization limits.
• Maintain and update approved credit conditions in the SAP Customer Credit Master system and track approvals meticulously.
• Monitor customer accounts for payment delays, defaults, or anomalies and coordinate with Business Finance and Sales teams to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with FSSC O2C and Business Finance to confirm timely payment allocations and resolve any unallocated credits.
• Generate analytical reports on accounts receivable, highlighting overdue payments and potential collection risks for management review.
• Support periodic credit limit reviews by liaising with the Head of Corporate Credit and business leaders to ensure appropriate terms and limits.
• Conduct on-site client visits when necessary to assist in collection efforts and maintain customer relations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven expertise in credit control, credit assessment, and managing accounts receivable processes.
• Minimum of two years' experience in financial analysis, credit management, or related credit control roles.
• Skilled in preparing comprehensive reports, managing credit approval workflows, and identifying collection vulnerabilities.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, for data analysis and report generation.
• Familiarity with SAP or comparable ERP systems for credit and financial data management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities across diverse teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English, facilitating effective communication in the regional context.
• Academic background includes a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related disciplines.

Team Environment

As part of the Finance division supporting credit and receivables for FAMCO KSA, the role involves close cooperation with Business Finance, Sales, FSSC O2C, Corporate Credit teams, and business leadership to ensure credit decisions and collections are carried out promptly and efficiently.
