Creator Success Lead

Role Overview

Serve as the primary liaison between Zela and our most prominent creators, facilitating onboarding, resolving obstacles, gathering creator insights, and organizing key events to enhance the creator experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Individually onboard the top 100 creators on the platform.
• Lead a creator advisory board featuring monthly virtual discussions and quarterly in-person meetings in Lagos and São Paulo.
• Consistently convey product feedback to the engineering and product management teams on a weekly basis.
• Oversee creator-centric programs such as partner cohort launches, matching creators with brand deals, and arranging podcast guest spots.
• Handle the in-app support inbox during local Lagos business hours.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of three years' experience in customer success, community engagement, or operations within the creator economy or fintech sectors.
• Strong English written communication skills; proficiency in another language relevant to creator markets is advantageous.
• Comfortable appearing on camera for communications directed at creators.
• Located in Lagos, Nigeria, with willingness to undertake quarterly travel within Africa.
