This role offers an opportunity to take ownership of an established roster, providing autonomy and guidance to its talents.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of an assigned roster of creators.
- Match talent profiles to client briefs effectively.
- Oversee campaigns from initial briefing through to re-booking stages.
- Negotiate fees, contract terms, and usage rights with creators and brands.
- Focus on building sustainable careers for creators rather than mere social media follower growth.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Influencer & Creators to set priorities on talent acquisition and valuation.
Candidate Requirements
- At least two years of direct experience acting as a talent agent.
- Deep commercial understanding of fees, usage rights, and contract negotiation.
- Strong interpersonal skills to support and calm nervous creators.
- Effective communication, including excellent written English skills.
- Exceptional organizational capabilities.
- Valid current passport for domestic and international travel.
