Charlie Hustle is hiring an in-house Creative Content Producer to take the lead on photography, video, and visual content creation for the brand. This is a hands-on role focused on producing high-quality assets that support product drops, retail experiences, social channels, email campaigns, partnerships, and larger marketing initiatives.

The position is based onsite in Overland Park, KS and reports to the Marketing Manager. It is a full-time, exempt role. You will collaborate with the Marketing Manager, Digital Designer, and E-Commerce Specialist in a small, fast-moving marketing team while independently managing day-to-day content production.

In addition to creating fresh assets, the role also includes support on creative review and quality control, helping ensure brand consistency across marketing output.

What you'll do

  • Act as the brand’s main photographer and content producer in-house.
  • Create and edit product photography for new releases, merchandising pages, email campaigns, and digital marketing use.
  • Plan and shoot lifestyle content, campaign imagery, partnership activations, retail events, and key brand moments.
  • Produce short-form video for Reels, TikTok, paid media, and other digital channels.
  • Create behind-the-scenes, lifestyle, product, and storytelling content that matches the brand’s visual style.
  • Support bigger shoots with prep work, organization, and asset handling.
  • Turn around content quickly for product arrivals, launches, partnerships, and timely marketing opportunities.
  • Edit and supply creative assets for social media, email, website, digital advertising, and campaigns.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager and Digital Designer on launches, campaigns, and seasonal initiatives.
  • Assist with light design tasks such as basic Photoshop edits, Canva layouts, resizing assets, and other production support.
  • Provide backup help for social media tasks, including stories, posting support, and content coverage during absences or peak periods.
  • Help expand the brand’s overall volume of creative content.
  • Review creative work for consistency and quality across marketing channels.
  • Work overtime when required.
  • Support other departments during busy seasons as needed.
  • Handle additional assigned duties.

What we're looking for

  • At least 3 years of experience in photography, content creation, videography, or creative marketing.
  • Practical experience using professional camera equipment and independently producing studio product shoots, lifestyle photography, and campaign imagery.
  • A strong portfolio showing product photography, lifestyle work, and short-form video.
  • Prior work creating content for consumer, apparel, retail, lifestyle, or sports-related brands is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to independently execute both detailed product shoots and larger campaign productions.
  • Experience creating and editing content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X.
  • Comfort using Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Lightroom.
  • Solid understanding of visual storytelling, current brand aesthetics, and social media trends.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to balance several creative assignments at once.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where priorities and deadlines can change quickly.
