Position Overview

As a Core Banking Analyst within the Banking practice of Accenture's Strategy Consulting Global Network, you will engage in transformative initiatives including core banking strategy, product rationalization, core modernization, and cloud migration. This role involves partnering with global financial institutions to solve complex challenges, helping them adopt new business models and thrive in a rapidly evolving industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with clients to address complex business challenges using domain expertise and consulting skills.
• Perform detailed analyses to identify optimal solutions involving process improvements, system enhancements, user training, or software procurement.
• Conduct research, interviews, and surveys to assess client business processes and prepare comprehensive reports and presentations.
• Assess costs, benefits, and potential barriers of proposed solutions, and oversee their implementation.
• Drive business readiness evaluations and apply best practices for successful project execution.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated ability to solve intricate business problems while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Strong analytical aptitude coupled with effective writing skills for developing insights on industry trends.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation capabilities.
• Comfortable working in multicultural environments and dynamic settings.
• MBA degree from a Tier-1 business school.
• Between 4 and 15 years of relevant experience in top-tier strategy, management, or technology consulting firms, or with core banking product companies.
• Proven expertise in areas such as core banking strategy, transformation, vendor assessment, operating model design for lean digital cores, banking architecture, core modernization, and journey to cloud initiatives.
• Experience with core banking vendor evaluations, implementations, modernization, or deconstruction projects at local, regional, or global banks.
• Certifications or experience with modern, lean, cloud-native core banking platforms like Thought Machine or Mambu targeting mid to large banks or digital/neo banks and fintech firms.
• Familiarity with banking architectures such as BIAN and digital channel platforms, business process layers, core and support applications.
